Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in Resparo’s referral and affiliate program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program you agree to these Program Terms and to Resparo’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must enroll and be paid through Resparo’s payment provider, LemonSqueezy, and keep that account in good standing.
• You may promote Resparo as an individual or on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent.
• Enrolment is free. We may approve or decline any application, and we may screen applicants manually.

When you enroll, you receive a personal referral link. The Program works on a last-clean-touch basis:

• A prospective customer clicks your link and a cookie is placed on their browser.
• If they start a paid Resparo subscription within the cookie window, the referral is credited to you.
• Where two partners could claim the same customer, the first partner to refer them is credited.

Rate and recurrence

The current headline commission is 40% recurring, meaning you earn on the initial payment and on every renewal for as long as the referred subscription stays active and paid. The exact rate and recurrence that apply to you are the ones configured in your affiliate dashboard at the time a referral converts.

When a commission is earned

• A commission is generated when a referred customer is successfully charged for an eligible paid plan.
• Recurring commissions continue on each successful renewal payment while the subscription remains active.
• Commissions stop when the referred customer cancels, downgrades to a free plan, or their subscription ends.
• Free plans, trials with no payment, taxes, and refunded amounts do not generate commission.

• 90-day cookie. A referral counts if the customer subscribes within 90 days of clicking your link.
• Attribution is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not manually re-assign referrals between partners.
• You may not attempt to force, overwrite, or stuff cookies, or to place your link where it is triggered without a genuine click.

Payouts

• $10 minimum payout. Balances are paid once they clear this threshold, on LemonSqueezy’s standard payout schedule.
• Payouts are made through LemonSqueezy to the payout method on your affiliate account.
• Commissions may be held until the applicable refund window has passed, so that reversed orders are not paid out.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on the income you earn. Depending on your location we may require a completed W-9 (United States) or W-8BEN (outside the United States), or equivalent, before a payout is released. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

Promote Resparo honestly and in a way that reflects well on both of us. The following are not allowed and will void the affected referrals:

• Self-referrals. Buying a Resparo subscription through your own link, for yourself or your own business, to earn commission.
• Brand bidding. Running paid search or social ads on the term “Resparo”, close variants, or misspellings, or directing that traffic through your link.
• Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages, or any outreach that breaks a platform’s rules or anti-spam law.
• Coupon and deal sites. Posting your link or any code on coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregator sites.
• Misrepresentation. Describing Resparo as a way to generate, buy, gate, or fake reviews, or promising specific Google rankings, is strictly prohibited. Resparo writes replies to real reviews, it does not create reviews.
• Impersonation. Claiming to be Resparo, using our name as your account or domain name, or making guarantees on our behalf.
• Using our logo or brand assets in a way that suggests we endorse or employ you beyond the partner relationship.

When you recommend Resparo and stand to earn from it, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in line with the FTC endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules where you operate. A short, plain statement near your link is enough.

If you manage Resparo across multiple client Google profiles, you may bundle it into your own reputation package and bill your clients for your services, while still earning the referral commission on the underlying Resparo subscriptions. This does not make you an employee, agent, or authorised reseller of Resparo, and you may not sign agreements, make commitments, or collect payment in Resparo’s name. For a formal multi-location or agency arrangement, contact us and we will set the right terms in writing.

• Either of us may end your participation at any time. You can stop promoting Resparo whenever you like.
• Commissions tied to orders that are refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent are reversed.
• We may withhold or reverse commissions, and remove you from the Program, if you breach these Program Terms, and unpaid commissions earned through prohibited conduct are forfeited.
• On termination, your link stops crediting new referrals. Cleanly earned, cleared commissions already owed to you will still be paid.

We may update the commission rate, cookie window, payout terms, eligible plans, or these Program Terms as the business evolves. Changes apply from the date they are posted and to referrals that convert after that date. We will not retroactively reduce commission already earned on existing referrals. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.
